The neurologist put me on Promethazine, which actually seems to be doing some good so far despite making me very sleepy. He also scheduled me for yet another MRI. Hopefully the insurance company won’t decline to cover it this time…

He told me that my ailment is definitely not an inner ear problem, so he has referred me to a neurologist. The Results Are In (Well, Not Really)
So, the results from my electronystagmography came back today and they were…slightly disappointing. Apparently they fell within the “normal” level and there was no definitive diagnosis. The good news is that the test ruled out anything serious (like a brain tumor). I’m scheduled for yet another test next week, a cold water caloric test. Hopefully it will be more conclusive.
