$4700 says Hillary won't be Secretary of State
“They cite the ‘Emoluments Clause’ of the constitution which states if you’re a Senator or Representative, you can’t be appointed to a post that got a salary increase during your term. Since the Secretary of State’s salary was raised from $186,600 to $191,300 after Hillary’s last Senate reelection, she is ineligible for the position because she is obviously only chasing after that sweet $4,700 payday.
