Oh, great.
Am I going to have to agree to these new terms of service every fucking day like I do with the Missing E notification?
Expanding my horizons
I’m in the process of finding new Tumblrs to follow, and I’m soliciting suggestions. Which blogs will make me think to myself “why the fuck was I not following that person before now?”
My email to Tumblr support
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my support for Jeremy Cutler and his Missing E browser extension. I vehemently disagree with your recent decision to prevent him from distributing the extension, and I’m beginning to consider switching to a new blogging platform. It dismays me that you would treat with such disregard someone who is merely trying to provide functionality which many users desire, and doing it for free. If anything, you should be hiring Mr. Cutler—not reprimanding him. I urge you to reconsider your position on the matter.
Respectfully,
Kevin Wenzel

I was blogging here before it was cool
Today marks the four year anniversary of when I joined Tumblr. I didn’t get an official email with a birthday cupcake like I did last year, but I’m going to assume that’s because the staff is too busy fixing all the downtime issues. (More likely it’s because they couldn’t fit four candles on the cupcake graphic.)
Re: Tumblr’s random unfollowing
I have not unfollowed anyone on purpose today so let me know if I’ve disappeared and I will fix it.
Hey @burwell…if your friend Leslie still wants a Tumblr t-shirt, she can have mine. Medium shirts are a little too form-fitting for a man of my size.
We found Jim!
Actually, he found us because we haven’t moved.
Me, @MattOnFire, @JephKelley, and @burwell. (@jkubicek not pictured because we lost him, apparently.)
Special thanks to janieblue84 for taking the picture.
